Overview
A mindfulness-based experiential program aimed at nurturing emotional well-being, stress management, and mental resilience in young learners. Through guided meditation, reflective exercises, and emotional awareness activities, participants develop strong coping mechanisms and a balanced mindset to face life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.
